These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradeLabelAI, including our mobile application, website, AI label interpretation engine, PDF export modules, subscription tiers, and related software workflows.

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing TradeLabelAI, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to these Terms. If you are using TradeLabelAI on behalf of a company, partnership, or corporate entity, you explicitly confirm that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Commercial Use Only: TradeLabelAI is a professional productivity tool intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B), commercial, and professional compliance workflows. It is not intended for personal consumer use.

TradeLabelAI provides digital tools to assist users in scanning, extracting, interpreting, reviewing, translating, and exporting food label information. The service features include:

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) text extraction from submitted images.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted label formatting and field structuring.
• Translation assistance and cross-border label review suggestions.
• PDF export, history tracking, and localized draft storage.
• Free trial allocations and premium subscription management tiers.

TradeLabelAI is an AI-assisted automation tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, customs, food safety, or official compliance certifications.

Food labeling regulations are highly complex and vary significantly based on geographic target markets, specific product ingredients, health claims, allergens, and local language laws. You maintain absolute and sole responsibility for verifying all generated label content before using it for:

• Final product packaging production.
• Import, export, or customs clearance declarations.
• Commercial retail sales or wholesale distribution.
• Official regulatory submissions to food safety authorities.
• Commercial printing, marketing, or public distribution.

Use of this app does not replace the necessity of consulting qualified regulatory specialists, legal counsel, or certified food safety professionals.

AI-generated analysis, suggestions, translations, and allergen identifications are subject to computational errors, omissions, and hallucinations.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated labels, nutrition tables, allergen declarations, or translation formats are legally compliant or fit for market deployment.

You are strictly required to manually review, cross-verify, and approve all data outputs generated by the app.

TradeLabelAI must never be utilized as an unverified, standalone source of truth for regulatory compliance.

To access certain features, you must establish an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.
• Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Promptly notify us at support@tradelabelai.com if you suspect an unauthorized account breach.
• Utilize the platform exclusively for lawful commercial purposes.
• Avoid sharing access keys or credentials in a manner that bypasses active subscription caps or systemic usage limits.

You are solely accountable for all activities, data extractions, and operations executed under your account credentials.

"User Content" encompasses all label images, product metadata, ingredient lists, text inputs, custom translations, and exported PDF files processed by you through TradeLabelAI.

You retain complete ownership of your User Content. By uploading materials to our platform, you grant TradeLabelAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, transmit, extract, run through AI models, and copy your content solely to deliver the requested app features, generate exports, provide support, and secure the system. This processing is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.

You warrant that you possess all necessary intellectual property rights and permissions to upload and process the data you submit.

You agree not to exploit TradeLabelAI to:

• Violate any local, national, or international food safety, consumer protection, or trade laws.
• Misrepresent product origins, ingredient compositions, allergen dangers, or organic/regulatory certifications.
• Generate deliberately misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent food packaging graphics.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine, overload, or disrupt the underlying AI architecture or APIs.
• Attempt to bypass active trial limitations, subscription walls, or security tokens.
• Upload malware, corrupted image files, or malicious payloads.

TradeLabelAI may offer limited free trials or complimentary label scan quotas.

Once trial limits are exhausted, an upgrade to a paid subscription tier may be mandatory to preserve full platform access.

Subscription parameters, premium features, billing rates, and usage caps may be modified over time. Live pricing models will always be visibly communicated prior to purchase checkouts.

Complimentary trial credits hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or terminated by us at any time without liability.

All transactions and premium subscriptions are processed via authorized third-party app stores (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or standard payment gateways.

Financial refunds, renewals, and subscription cancellations are governed by the respective platform terms of the payment processor.

You are responsible for all applicable value-added taxes (VAT), custom duties, or operational transaction fees tied to your subscription purchases.

PDF documents and digital layout templates generated by TradeLabelAI are layout blueprints. You are solely responsible for verifying that print bleed lines, text sizing, resolution metrics, and spatial dimensions comply with your specific commercial printing hardware and regional packaging font size laws.

We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, suspend, or phase out features of TradeLabelAI at any time. We do not promise continuous, uninterrupted, or entirely error-free application availability, as the system relies on external cloud hosting and real-time API performance.

TradeLabelAI relies on external infrastructure partners for hosting (e.g., cloud storage servers) and advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) via API pipelines. We are not legally liable for application service outages, processing timeouts, or data latency caused directly by systemic downtime at our third-party infrastructure vendors.

If you are accessing an MVP, pilot test, or beta iteration of TradeLabelAI, you acknowledge that the software is in an active state of optimization. It may contain software bugs, experience data resets, or feature changing functional logic. MVP outputs must undergo rigorous external human verification before commercial deployment.

TradeLabelAI — including its native codebase, user experience designs, proprietary AI parsing prompts, underlying workflows, brand names, and logos — remains the exclusive property of TradeLabelAI or its licensing partners. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the application for business operations, with no rights to resell, distribute, or white-label the software framework.

If you submit feature requests, optimization recommendations, or UI feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to implement those enhancements without credit, restriction, or financial compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeLabelAI and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any financial or operational damages arising out of your use of the app.

This includes, without limitation, direct or indirect losses for:

• Regulatory fines, import rejections, or customs holds.
• Commercial product recalls, logistics scrap costs, or packaging reprint fees.
• Misinterpreted allergen warnings, ingredient translation errors, or faulty nutritional metrics.
• Lost company profits, loss of data, or broader commercial business interruptions.

In all scenarios, our maximum aggregate financial liability to you for any legal actions or claims arising under this agreement will never exceed the total subscription fees you paid directly to TradeLabelAI in the three (3) months immediately preceding the dispute, or €100, whichever amount is higher.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeLabelAI, its officers, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, regulatory fines, or legal expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of generated label outputs, or any regulatory packaging disputes tied to products your business distributes.

TradeLabelAI is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" framework. We explicitly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, accuracy of machine translations, correctness of regulatory suggestions, or compliance suitability for specific international customs grids.

You may delete your account and cease using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account immediately if you violate these operational Terms, engage in systemic API abuse, fail to clear due subscription invoices, or create clear legal or security risks for our platform infrastructure.

These Terms, along with any external operational disputes, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or litigation linked to this software contract shall be brought forward solely in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland.

We may update these Terms as our product updates and scales. For material updates, we will notify you through an in-app prompt or via email before the changes take effect. Continued interaction with the platform following an updated release constitutes complete acceptance of the revised terms.
